We want you to love your Marc Fisher Footwear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
